ER80S-B6


Alloy Type:

ER80S-B6 is designed for welding of materials of similar composition, especially those for high temperature service conditions.  This alloy is an air-hardening material and as such calls for preheat and interpass temperatures of 350 degrees F minimum during welding.  This alloy is resistant to oxidation, heat, corrosion and wear.

 

Typical Applications:   boilers, steam boilers, pressure tanks, oil industry, thermo electrical industry, chemical and petroleum industry
