ECu (Copper Electrode)
Alloy Type: A5.6, COPPER AND COPPER ALLOY Covered Arc Welding Electrodes

ECu is a pure copper electrode used for joining and build-up on copper parts requiring corrosion resistance and thermal and/or electrical conductivity. A preheat of 750degrees-1100degrees F should be used for thicker sections. Use as large an electrode as possible and maintain a short arc.
Typical Applications: joining and build-up of copper parts
